I’ve been interested in health and fitness for as long as I can remember. My career in the fitness industry officially started as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in college 20 years ago. Over time, I got a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science and trained as a Heath & Wellness coach through Duke.
